Here is the Dhoni's controversial run out from the Indian first innings (India vs England 3rd Test at Mumbai) after he hit 3 consecutive fours of Flintoff.
It's a very close call. Though Dhoni was out of crease when ball hit the stumps he was probably in when the bails were dislodged from stumps.

Only media tried to turn it into a "Controversy" these things do happen in the game of cricket.I wish we could have a super slow motion angle on this.
I don't think it would have created the controversy if either the bails would have got dislodged or the umpire had given batsman benifit of doubt. Also I read somewhere that the person handling the lights gave the decision even before the 3rd Umpire had communicated to him. That adds spice to the entire episode isn't it..;-))
